Join DC area microbial scientists (professionals and students) for an exciting meeting of science and networking!!
This year's Fall meeting is a one day symposium highlighting cutting edge research as well as providing opportunities for networking and outreach. We are holding the meeting at the headquarters of the American Society for Microbiology.
ASM Washington, D.C. Branch (DC ASM) is approved as a provider of continuing education programs in the clinical laboratory sciences by the ASCLS P.A.C.E. Program.
We will have :
-Two Keynote Speakers (invited)
-Longer Talks (12-15 min, Submitted)
-Lightning Talks (3-5 min, Submitted)
Abstract Submissions: All are welcome to submit abstracts for talks. Students and early career scientists are highly encouraged to submit. Abstract (max. 250 words) submissions for talks are due by October 6th; submit via email to email@example.com. Abstract guidelines can be found here.
ASM DC Branch mugs ($15) and Notebooks ($10) are offered for sale on the registration page and will be on sale at the meeting.
